Skarbek University was founded in 1995 and is listed as number 70 by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The university provides bachelor (1^st cycle), master (2^nd cycle) and postgraduate studies. Students study in Warsaw at:

Faculty of Economics, Management and Finance,
Faculty of Tourism

and also in Radom and Lublin, where two Intercollegiate Institutes of Journalism and Social Science are placed.
