Entry Requirements

Required documents for a Bachelor Studies

1. Application Form
2. Four photos 35 x 45 mm
3. A copy of passport attested with the original
4. A copy of visa / TRC attested with the original
5. An original of a secondary school certificate + its copy attested with the original
6. A sworn translation of the secondary school certificate
7. Recognition of a school certificate issued by Educational Office in Warsaw or a statement, that the document will be delivered within the first semester of studies
8. In a case of an applicant for the semester different from the first semester, a list of courses passed in a previous university along with information on grades obtained and ECTS points (if the university provides ECTS)
9. A confirmation of knowledge of the language of instruction of the chosen studies
10. A receipt of payment of enrollment fee in amount of 200 Euro
11. An original of a health certificate
12. A copy of the health insurance attested with the original
